74AUP1T45是单位收发器,具有两个数据输入输出(A和B)、一个方向控制输入(DIR)以及能实现双向电平转换的双电源针脚(VCC(A)和VCC(B))。VCC(A)和VCC(B)都可以是1.1 V至3.6 V之间的任何电压,因此该器件适用于任意低压节点(1.2 V、1.5 V、1.8 V、2.5 V和3.3 V)间的接合。针脚A和DIR以VCC(A)为基准,针脚B以VCC(B)为基准。DIR上的高电平允许从A传输到B,而DIR上的低电平则允许从B传输到A。
所有输入的施密特触发器动作使电路能容许整个VCC(A)和VCC(B)范围内较慢的输入上升和下降时间。该器件可确保低静态和动态功耗且完全针对使用IOFF的局部掉电应用而设计。IOFF电路可禁用输出,防止断电时任何破坏性回流电流通过该器件。在挂起模式下,VCC(A)或VCC(B)接地时,A和B都处于高阻抗关断状态。
