74LVC16240A: 16位缓冲器/线路驱动器，带5 V容压输入/输出；反相；3态

74LVC16240A是带3态输出的16位反相缓冲器/线路驱动器。该器件可用作四个4位缓冲器、两个8位缓冲器或一个16位缓冲器。该器件具有四个输出使能（1OE、2OE、3OE和4OE），每个使能都控制四个3态输出。 nOE上的高电平使输出呈高阻抗关断状态。

输入可通过3.3 V或5 V器件进行驱动。禁用时，可以向输出施加高达5.5 V的电压。这些特性允许将这些器件用于混合3.3 V和5 V应用。

该器件完全适合使用IOFF的局部掉电应用。IOFF电路可禁用输出，防止掉电时破坏性回流电流通过该器件。
