BGX7100HN：发射器IQ调制器
BGX7100器件结合了高性能、高线性I和Q调制路径，适用于射频上变频器。支持400 MHz至4000 MHz范围内的RF频率输出。BGX7100 IQ调制器的性能独立于IQ共模电压。调制器提供12 dBm的典型输出1 dB压缩点(PL(1dB))值和典型27 dBm的输出三阶交调截取点(IP3O)。未调节边带抑制和载波馈通分别为50 dBc和−45 dBm。硬件控制引脚提供快速关断/上电模式功能，具有明显的节能效果。
