MFRC523:标准3V ISO/IEC 14443 A/B读卡器解决方案

MFRC523是一款高度集成的读/写器,可实现13.56 MHz时的非接触式通信。MFRC523读卡器支持ISO/IEC 14443 A/MIFARE模式。

MFRC523的内部发射器无需额外的有源电路即能驱动专为与ISO/IEC 14443 A/MIFARE卡和发射应答器通信而设计的读/写天线。接收器模块提供一个强大且高效的解调和解码电路,可用于ISO/IEC 14443A/MIFARE兼容卡和发射应答器信号。数字模块管理完整的ISO/IEC 14443 A成帧与错误检测(奇偶校验和CRC)功能。

支持所有ISO/IEC 14443 A和ISO/IEC 14443 B协议层的通信标准:

使用符合ISO/IEC 14443 B标准的该恩智浦半导体器件可能会侵犯第三方专利权。

PN533支持双向传输速率高达848 kBd的MIFARE更高波特率非接触式通信。
