NX3P190UK：逻辑控制型高端电源开关
NX3P190是高端负载开关，具有低导通电阻P沟道MOSFET，支持1.5 A以上的连续电流。专为1.1 V至 3.6 V工作范围而设计的该器件在电源域隔离应用得到使用以降低功耗并延长电池寿命。使能逻辑包括集成式逻辑电平转换，因此该器件与电压较低的处理器和控制器兼容。NX3P190因低接地电流和超低关断电流而非常适合便携式电池供电应用。
