PCA9522是一款单片双极集成电路,适用于I²C总线、SMBus等应用中的总线缓冲。附带用于检测停止和闲置状况的热插入逻辑,使其非常适合背板上的带电插入。缓冲器通过同时缓冲SCL和SDA线路以扩展总线负载。PCA9522直接取代IES5502,仅最大总线电压从15 V降为10 V。
热插入逻辑允许将IC插入带电背板中而不会导致总线上的数据损坏。开集就绪信号(RDY)表示连接建立的时间。背板端口预充电会最大程度减少热插入过程中的总线干扰。
使能功能允许隔离部分总线。可使系统的独立部件连续上线。支持1.8 V至10 V的大范围总线电压之间的总线电平变换。这些功能在连接不同技术、工作速度和负载的系统时提供极大的灵活性。
PCA9522的独特操作提供一种此类双向缓冲器的最快响应时间。它进行此操作无需“上升时间加速器”,而“上升时间加速器”与低噪音容限结合,可能使瞬时故障超出I²C总线规格。
