PCA9564BS 并行总线至I2C总线控制器
PCA9564是一款以CMOS技术设计的集成电路，用作最标准并行总线微控制器/微处理器和串行I²C总线之间的接口并允许并行总线系统与I²C总线进行双向通信。PCA9564可用作主器件或从器件且可以是发送器或接收器。使用中断或轮询握手基于字节方式执行与I²C总线的通信。PCA9564控制所有的I²C总线特定序列、协议、仲裁和定时而无需外部定时元件。
PCA9564与PCF8584类似，但工作于更低的电压和更高的I²C频率上。还结合了设计工程师要求的其他增强功能。
虽然PCF8584支持大多数并行总线微控制器/微处理器，包括Intel 8049/8051、Motorola 6800/68000和Zilog Z80，但是PCA9564的设计非常类似Philips标准80C51微控制器I²C硬件，因此器件并非代码兼容。另外，PCA9564既不支持总线监视器“窥探”模式也不支持长距离模式且引脚不兼容PCF8584。
