PCA9620: 汽车级和工业级60 x 8 LCD段码驱动器

PCA9620属于外设,可与几乎任何低复用率液晶显示器(LCD)接合。可为任何包含最多8背板、60分段和480元素的静态或多路复用LCD生成驱动信号。PCA9620兼容大多数微处理器或微控制器并通过两线双向I²C总线进行通信。使用带有自动递增寻址的显示RAM和显示存储器切换使通信开销最小化。PCA9620集成了内部电荷泵,通过其内部电容可在片内生成LCD驱动电压。
