PCA9922是一款8通道恒流LED驱动器,主要用于LED标牌和显示应用。输出电流从15 mA至60 mA可调,由外部串联电阻控制。通过最大时钟频率为25 MHz的串行接口控制输出,以满足高容量数据传输的系统要求。8个通道输出各自都有边缘速率控制以限制输出启用或禁用时的电流变化。
此器件具有检测LED开路和输出与接地短路的内置电路。在输入控制线路上发出指定的错误检测序列信号后,可通过串行数据输出读取器件的错误状态。
此器件可与其他类似器件级联。SDO引脚包含移位寄存器的输出,以便在串行级联中连接下一器件的SDI引脚。SDO在CLK的下降沿改变状态。SDI在CLK的上升沿捕获数据。
PCA9922是ST2221A和STP08CDC596的引脚对引脚同等5 V替代产品。
PCA9922提供DIP16、TSSOP16和HVQFN20封装,规定用于-40 ℃至+85 ℃的工业温度范围。
