PCF8593: 低功耗时钟和日历

PCF8593是一款CMOS1时钟和日历电路，最适合低功耗应用。通过两线双向I²C总线串行传送地址和数据。内置字地址寄存器会在每次写入或读取数据字节后自动递增。内置32.768 kHz振荡器电路和8字节RAM用于时钟、日历和计数器功能。随后8个字节可编程为警报寄存器或用作可用RAM空间。
