SA56004CDP 带有过热警报的SMBus兼容、8引脚、远程/本地数字温度传感器
NXP Semiconductors的SA56004X是一款兼容SMBus的11位远程/本地数字温度传感器，带有过热警报。SA56004X的远程通道监视二极管连接，诸如微处理器的基片PNP，或连接二极管的晶体管，诸如2N3904 (NPN)或2N3906 (PNP)。通过工厂调整，实现±1 °C的远程传感器精度。
可对过冷和过热警示阈值进行编程以使ALERT输出在片上或远程温度超出范围时发出指示。此输出可用作系统中断或SMBus警示。当片上或远程温度测量值上升高于已编程的T_CRIT阈值寄存器值时，激活T_CRIT输出。此输出可用于激活冷却风扇、发送警告或触发系统关断。为进一步提升系统可靠性，SA56004X采用SMBus超时协议。SA56004X具有独特的器件构架。
SA56004X提供SO8、TSSOP8和HVSON8封装。SA56004X具有8个工厂编程的器件地址选项。SA56004X的引脚兼容LM86、MAX6657/8和ADM1032。
