SA602A：双平衡混频器和振荡器
SA602A是一款低功率VHF单片双平衡混频器，带有输入放大器、内置振荡器和稳压器。主要用于高性能、低功率通信系统。SA602A的保证参数使此器件特别适合蜂窝无线电应用。此混频器是“Gilbert单元”倍增器配置，45MHz的频率下典型提供18dB的增益。振荡器工作在200MHz。可将其配置为晶体振荡器、谐振腔振荡器或外部LO的缓冲器。对于更高频率，可外部驱动LO输入。45MHz时的典型噪音系数小于5dB。增益、拦截性能、低功率和噪音特性使SA602A成为高性能电池供电设备的上好选择。提供8引脚双列直插式塑料封装和8引脚SO（表面贴装微型封装）。
