SAA1064 带有I2C总线接口的4位LED驱动器
LED驱动器是一款双极集成电路,以I²L兼容18伏工艺制成。此电路经过特别设计,通过在两对数字之间进行多路复用来驱动四个带小数点的7段LED显示。具备I²C总线从收发器接口,可对四个不同的SLAVE ADDRESSES、1个POWER RESET标记、16个电流宿OUTPUTS进行编程,可软件控制最高21 mA的电流,共阳段有两个多路复用驱动输出,1个片上多路复用振荡器,选择静态、动态和消隐模式的控制位以及1个段测试位
