UBA20260是一款高压集成电路，设计用于控制高功率自镇流紧凑型荧光灯(CFL)照明应用。UBA20260是一款控制器电路，具有高级逐级调光功能和升压冷光（汞）CFL的灯电流控制升压功能。控制器包括CFL半桥驱动功能、集成自举二极管的高压电平转换电路、振荡器、用于预热和点亮的电流控制功能、定时器和保护电路。UBA20260采用半桥电路的dV/dt电流充电电源电路供电。
