UBA20262是一款高压功率IC，用于驱动和控制230 V市电供电的高功率自镇流紧凑型荧光灯(CFL)。UBA20262集成由两个NMOST功率FET组成的半桥功率电路，具有高级逐级调光功能和用于升压冷光（汞）CFL灯的灯电流控制升压功能。 控制器提供半桥驱动功能，包括集成自举二极管的高压电平转换电路、振荡器、用于预热和点亮的电流控制功能、定时器以及保护电路。UBA20262采用高效率dV/dt电源电路供电。
