MJH6284: 20 A, 100 V NPN Darlington Bipolar Power Transistor

The Darlington Bipolar Power Transistor is designed for general-purpose amplifier and low speed switching motor control applications. The MJH6284 (NPN), and MJH6287 (PNP) are complementary devices.
