NCL30002: 功率因数校正离线降压LED驱动器

NCL30002是一款开关电源控制器,用于中低功率单级功率因数校正的LED驱动器。该器件作为临界导通模式(CrM)降压控制器,来调节LED电流,以高功率因数工作于特定线性电压范围。限流阈值可微调,支持开环控制技术以减少元件数,同时保持精确的稳流和高功率因数。因CrM工作模式可实现即使在低功率水平下提供高能效,特别适用于LED应用。在LED照明应用中,符合稳流要求并满足整个系统光能效的要求很重要。在CrM中,开关频率将随线性和负载而变化。开关损耗低,因为在激活主MOSFET开关前电流降至0,在输出整流器上的恢复损耗可忽略不计。
