M95128-R 128 Kbit SPI bus EEPROM with high-speed clock
The M95128, M95128-W and M95128-R are electrically erasable programmable memory (EEPROM) devices accessed by a high speed SPI-compatible bus. The memory array is organized as 16384 × 8 bits

- 10 MHz clock rate, 5 ms write time

- Byte and Page Write (up to 64 bytes)
- Self-timed programming cycle
- Adjustable size read-only EEPROM area
- Enhanced ESD protection
- More than 1 000 000 write cycles
- More than 40-year data retention
