AD5212:  12-Bit Succesive Approximation High Accuracy A/D Converters

The AD5212 devices are 12-bit successive approximation analog-to-digital converters. The hybrid design utilizes MSI digital, linear monolithic chips and active laser trimming of high-stability thin-film resistors to provide a totally adjustment free converter—no potentiometers are required for calibration.
