AD7693BRMZ:  16位、±0.5 LSB、500 kSPS PulSAR®差分ADC,采用MSOP/QFN封装

AD7693是一款16位、逐次逼近型模数转换器(ADC),采用单电源(VDD)供电。它内置一个低功耗、高速、16位不失码的采样ADC、一个内部转换时钟和一个多功能串行接口。基准电压(VREF)由外部提供,最高可以设置为电源电压VDD。在CNV上升沿,AD7693对IN+与IN-引脚之间的电压差进行采样。这两个引脚上的电压摆幅在0 V 到 VREF之间,大约为VREF/2,相位相反。器件功耗和吞吐量呈线性关系。

SPI兼容串行接口还能够利用SDI输入将几个ADC以菊花链形式连结到单三线式总线上,并提供一个可选的忙闲指示。它采用独立的VIO电源,与1.8V、2.5V、3V或5V逻辑兼容。AD7693采用10引脚MSOP封装或10引脚QFN (LFCSP)封装,工作温度范围为−40°C 至 +85°C。

The AD7693 is a 16-bit, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates from a single power supply, VDD. It contains a low power, high speed, 16-bit sampling ADC with no missing codes, an internal conversion clock, and a versatile serial interface port. The reference voltage, VREF, is applied externally and can be set up to the supply voltage, VDD. On the CNV rising edge, it samples the voltage difference between the IN+ and IN− pins. The voltages on these pins swing in opposite phase between 0 V and VREF about VREF/2.Its power scales linearly with throughput.

Using the SDI input, the SPI-compatible serial interface also features the ability to daisy-chain several ADCs on a single 3-wire bus and provides an optional busy indicator. It is compatible with 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3 V, or 5 V logic, using the separate VIO supply.The AD7693 is housed in a 10-lead MSOP or a 10-lead QFN (LFCSP) with operation specified from −40°C to +85°C.
