ADSP-2188M 功能框图 ADSP-2188M是一款单芯片微电脑产品，针对数字信号处理(DSP)以及其他高速数字处理应用进行了优化。ADSP-2188M将ADSP-2100系列的基础架构（三个计算单元、数据地址生成器和一个程序序列器）与两个串行端口、一个16位内部DMA端口、一个字节DMA端口、一个可编程计时器、标志I/O、广泛的中断功能及片内程序和数据存储器完美地结合起来。

ADSP-2188M集成256K字节的片内存储器，其配置为48K字（24位）程序RAM和56K字（16位）数据RAM。同时配有省电电路，以满足采用电池供电的便携式设备的低功耗需求。ADSP-2188M采用100引脚LQFP封装。

The ADSP-2188M is a single-chip microcomputer optimized for digital signal processing (DSP) and other high speed numeric processing applications. The ADSP-2188M combines the ADSP-2100 family base architecture (three computational units, data address generators and a program sequencer) with two serial ports, a 16-bit internal DMA port, a byte DMA port, a programmable timer, Flag I/O, extensive interrupt capabilities, and on-chip program and data memory.

The ADSP-2188M integrates 256K bytes of on-chip memory configured as 48K words (24-bit) of program RAM, and 56K words (16-bit) of data RAM. Power down circuitry is also provided to meet the low power needs of battery operated portable equipment. The ADSP-2188M is available in a 100-pin LQFP package.
