TMP06: 完整的温度监控系统

TMP05/TMP06是一种完整的温度监控系统，采用5引脚SOT-23和5引脚SC-70封装。这两款器件为单芯片温度检测器，其产生的调制串行数字输出(PWM)的变化与器件温度成正比例。TMP05/TMP06的数字输出兼容CMOS/TTL，可以与多数常见微处理器的串行输入轻松接口。TMP05具有推挽输出，TMP06则具有开漏输出。TMP05/TMP06的额定工作温度范围为-40℃至+150°C。支持三种工作模式：连续转换、菊花链和单稳态。具体工作模式由一个三态FUNC输入确定。CONV / IN输入引脚用于确定TMP05/TMP06在连续转换和单稳态模式下测量温度的速率。在菊花链模式下，CONV / IN引脚充当菊花链的输入。

The TMP05/TMP06 is a complete temperature monitoring system in 5-Lead SOT-23 and 5-Lead SC-70 packages. The TMP05/TMP06 are monolithic temperature sensors that generate a modulated serial digital output (PWM) that varies in direct proportion to the temperature of the devices.The single digital output of the TMP05/TMP06 is CMOS/TTL compatible, and is easily interfaced to the serial inputs of most popular microprocessors. The TMP05 has a push-pull output while the TMP06 has an open-drain output.The TMP05/TMP06 is rated for operation over the -40°C to +150°C temperature range. There are three mode s of operation. These are Continuously Converting, Daisy Chain and One Shot Mode. A tri-state FUNC input determines which mode the TMP05/TMP06 operates in.The CONV / IN input pin is used to determine the rate with which the TMP05/TMP06 measures temperature in Continuously Converting and in One Shot mode. In Daisy Chain Mode the CONV / IN pin operates as the input to the daisy chain.
