AMS4041 are precision micro power shunt voltage references available in 1.2V respectively 2.5V fixed breakdown voltages. Rated operational over the full industrial temperature range, these devices offer a tight tolerance part, with a low temperature coefficient and the advantage of sub-miniature SOT-23 packaging, making their use ideal for space critical applications. The AMS4041are used in battery powered systems, instrumentation, energy management, automotive, product testing and data acquisition systems.
