AMS4151 is a step-down converter for high voltage applications. Current mode operation provides easier compensation and fast transient response. Internal soft start reduces the number of external components. Thermal shutdown and cycle-by-cycle current limiting protects the device in extreme conditions. AMS4151 is available in 8-pin SOIC EDP package.
