AMS9491 is a two terminal micro power band gap voltage reference diodes. It feature a very low dynamic impedance, tight tolerance and good temperature coefficient, operating ove a 10µA to 20mA current range. The AMS9491 is exceptionally tolerant of capacitive loading, making it easy to use in almost any reference application. The AMS9491 can be used to make portable meters, regulators or general purpose analog circuitry.
