CPH3121: PNP Bipolar Transistor for DC-DC Converters
CPH3121 is a PNP bipolar transistor designed for DC-DC converter applications, relay drivers, lamp drivers, motor drivers and flash. Its MBIT structure provides high current capacitance, low collector-to-emitter saturation voltage and high-speed switching performance. CPH3221 is the complementary NPN device.
