CPH3122:PNP Bipolar Transistor for DC-DC Converters
CPH3122 is a PNP bipolar transistor and CPH3222 is a complementary NPN bipolar transistor. Both are designed for DC-DC converter applications, relay drivers, lamp drivers, motor drivers and flash. Their MBIT structure provides high current capacitance, low collector-to-emitter saturation voltage and high-speed switching performance.
