The MC74HC4316A isQuad Analog Switch/Multiplexer/Demultiplexer (Mux/Demux) with Separate Analog and Digital Power Supplies. This device implements a 4PDT solid state switch with low ON impedance and very low OFF Leakage current. Control of analog signals up to the complete supply voltage range can be achieved.

- Digital (Control) Power-Supply Voltage Range (VCC - GND) = 2.0 to 6.0 Volts, Independent of VEE
- Improved Linearity of ON Resistance
- Chip Complexity: 66 FETs or 16.5 Equivalent Gates
