FPM21500QFN Low Noise High Linearity Balanced Amplifier Module
The FPM21500QFN is a packaged pair of transistors (pHEMT) specifically optimized for balanced configuration systems. Our 0.25μm process ensures class-leading noise performance. The use of a small footprint plastic package allows for a cost effective total system implementation.
