RF5626 3.0V to 5.0V, 5GHz Linear Power Amplifier

The RF5626 is a fully integrated MMIC which is in a 4mm x 4mm laminate package. This fully integrated MMIC is intently specified to address the general market for high power, high band (4.9GHz to 5.85GHz) 802.11a/n WLAN systems. The RF5626 is a WLAN MMIC PA with integrated detector and integrated input/ouput match to 50W.
