RF6509 2.7V to 3.6V Module Intended to Integrate with 900MHz Smart Energy AMI Solutions
This module is intended to integrate with 900MHz AMR solutions. It provides a single TDD access for the RXout/TXin port of the transceiver to the ANTENNA port in three different paths; transmit path [includes PA] Receive path [includes LNA] or Thru path [includes 10dB attenuation]. The PA section provides a nominal 27dBm to the ANT port. The LNA section provides a nominal 18dB gain and 2.5dB maximum noise figure along with a bypass mode.
