SKY12332-470LF 10 MHz - 1.0 GHz Six-Bit Digital Attenuator with Driver (0.5 dB LSB, 31.5 dB Range)
The SKY12332-470LF is a six-bit digital GaAs attenuator with an onboard, low-noise CMOS driver. This attenuator offers excellent performance from 10 MHz to 1.0 GHz, which makes it ideal for IF and RF level control applications. The SKY12332-470LF contains an onboard CMOS driver circuit that accepts CMOS logic levels at the six control inputs and produces a negative supply voltage to control the GaAs attenuator.
