AD7675: 16位、100 kSPS、差分PulSAR® ADC
AD7675是一款1.5 LSB INL、电荷再分配SAR型模数转换器(ADC),采用5 V单电源供电。该器件内置一个100 kSPS 16位采样ADC、一个差分输入结构、一个内部转换时钟、纠错电路,以及串行和并行系统接口。AD7675拥有无失码性能,92 dB的信纳比(SINAD),100 kSPS时功耗仅为15mW,采用48引脚LQFP封装。AD7675基于PulSAR内核,是业界精度最高的器件之一。另外,与其它器件相比,该器件在功耗方面有显著的改善。
The AD7675 is a 1.5 LSB INL charge redistribution SAR Analog-to-Digital Converter that operates from a single 5 V power supply. It contains a 100 kSPS 16-Bit sampling ADC, a differential input structure, an internal conversion clock, error correction circuits, and both serial and parallel system interface ports. The AD7675 has No Missing Codes performance, a SINAD of 92 dB, consumes only 15mW power at 100 kSPS, and comes in a 48-pin LQFP package.The AD7675 is based on the PulSAR core and is among the the industry's most accurate parts. It also offers a dramatic improvement in power over other parts.
