AD7865: 快速、低功耗、4通道、14位同时采样ADC
AD7865是一款快速、低功耗、4通道、14位同时采样模数转换器(ADC),采用+5 V单电源供电。该器件内置一个2.5 微秒(µs)逐次逼近型ADC、四个采样保持放大器、2.5 V基准电压源、片内时钟振荡器、信号调理电路和一个高速并行接口。4个通道上的输入信号同时进行采样,因而可保留4个模拟输入上的信号相对相位信息。该器件可接受的模拟输入范围为±10 V、±5 V或±2.5 V。模拟输入均具有过压保护,允许输入电压达到±20 V,而不会损坏器件或影响正在进行的转换。
The AD7865 is a fast, low power, four-channel simultaneous sampling 14-bit A/D converter that operates from a single +5 V supply. The part contains a 2.5 µs successive approximation ADC, four track/hold amplifiers, 2.5 V reference, on chip clock oscillator, signal conditioning circuitry and a high speed parallel interface. The input signals on four channels are sampled simultaneously thus preserving the relative phase information of the signals on the four analog inputs. The part accepts analog input ranges of ±10 V, ±5 V or ±2.5 V. Overvoltage protection on the analog inputs for the part allows the input voltage to go to ±20 V without damaging the parts or affecting a conversion in progress.
