ADM1063 集成ADC和温度监控的多电源监控器/序列器

ADM1063是一款可配置电源监控/时序控制器件,可针对多电源系统中的电源监控和时序控制提供一种单芯片解决方案。除这些功能外,ADM1063还集成一个12位ADC,可用于精确回读多达12个独立的电压。 中央交换局系统 服务器/路由器 多电压系统线路卡 DSP/FPGA 电源时序控制 余量微调电源的在线测试
