68HC08LT8: 8-bit ROM option with LCD Driver LT8 MCUs

The MC68HC08LT8 is the ROM option for an 8bit microcontroller with an integrated Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), all in a low power design. This microcontroller is a memeber for the low-cost and high performance M68HC08 Family

  • Compatible with M6805, M146805 and M68HC05 families.
  • Dual Oscillator Module. 32.768 KHz crystal oscillator. 1 to 16 MHz crystal oscillator.
  • 32.768 KHz crystal oscillator.
  • 1 to 16 MHz crystal oscillator.
  • 8K of Ready-Only Memory (ROM).
  • 128 Bytes of RAM.
  • Two 16-bit, 2 channel timers.
  • Programmable Periodic Interrupt (PPI).
  • 4/3 back planes and static with maximum 24/25 frontplanes liquid crystal display (LCD) driver.
  • Up to 38 general-purpose Input/Output (I/O) ports (2 high current sink pins).
  • External Interrupt (IRQ) with schmitt-trigger input and programmable pull up.
