HSMF-C116 Ultra Small Surface Mount Tricolor ChipLED
The Avago HSMF-C116 is an ultra-small tricolor chipLED device designed for portable and wearable applications, especially ones that require assembly in small pitch size. The device consists of a high intensity red AlInGaP die, a green InGaN die, and a blue InGaN die. The package has a black surface PCB substrate enhancing the contrast for display applications.
