Antenna Driver - BD6934FV
This 1ch half-bridge pre-driver for 125kHz drive with a built-in oscillation circuit is equipped the driving current adjustment function. Electric wave output strength changes depending on the power-supply voltage. In case of the oscillation circuit, the control of drive is possible use only by the power-supply voltage. It is possible to correspond also to the drive by the external pulse input.
