X-CUBE-NVMRWW:Writing to NV memory without disrupting code execution on STM32L0 and STM32L1 microcontrollers (AN4808)

In ultra-low-power devices the Flash program memory and the data EEPROM share the same memory controller. For this reason the Flash memory is not accessible during data EEPROM programming. In this firmware package (X-CUBE-NVMRWW) the implementation example provided for STM32L0 and STM32L1 microcontrollers, shows how to deal with delays in execution caused by the memory interface sharing.

Key Features

  • Continuous EEPROM programming during communication
  • Configuration of EEPROM timing
