71M6513和71M6513H是带有MPU内核、RTC、闪存以及LCD驱动器的高度集成SoC。我们的一次变换技术(Single Converter Technology®)以及21位Σ-Δ ADC、六路模拟输入、数字温度补偿、精密电压基准、32位计算引擎(CE),只需少数低成本外部元件即可支持各种多相表设计。整个系统以32kHz晶振为时基,内部备份电池支持RAM和RTC供电,进一步降低了系统成本。 多路UART、I²C、电源失效比较器、5V LCD电荷泵、多达22个DIO引脚以及在系统可编程闪存大大提高了设计灵活性。器件提供标准精度(0.5%)版本,适用于需要多路电压/电流输入以及复杂的LCD或DIO配置的多功能住宅/商用表。 完善的ICE阵列以及开发工具、程序库、参考设计有助于加快电表开发和认证进程,符合全球范围绝大多数电表标准的要求。
