恩智浦LPC3130/3131在单个芯片内结合了一个180 MHz ARM926EJ-S CPU核,高速USB 2.0即插即用(OTG),最大192 KB SRAM,NAND闪存控制器,灵活的外部总线接口,4通道10位ADC,以及大量的串行和并行接口,针对消费品、工业、医疗和通信市场。为优化系统功耗,LPC3130/3131拥有多个电源域和非常灵活的时钟产生单元 (CGU),以提供动态的时钟选通及校准。
