CPH3121: Single PNP Bipolar Transistor, -12 V, -3 A
CPH3121 is -12V, -3A, VCE(sat)=-165mV (max), PNP Single CPH3, Bipolar Transistor for DC-DC converter applications, relay drivers, lamp drivers, motor drivers and flash. Its MBIT structure provides high current capacitance, low collector-to-emitter saturation voltage and high-speed switching performance.
