LB1973JAGEVB:EVABOARD FOR LB1973JA
The LB1973JAGEVB is a two-channel H-bridge driver that supports a low saturation drive operation. It is optimal for H-bridge drivers of stepping motors (AF and zoom) in portable equipment, such as camera cell phones. In addition, it can be used for latch valve drivers for gas stoves. (The latch valve is equipped with a safety device which takes various security measures when taking gas ring use into account.) Another point is that the LB1973JA includes built-in thermal shutdown circuit so that IC scorching or burning is prevented in advance even if the IC outputs are shorted. Additionally, the SSOP16(225mil) miniature package used supports reduced-space mounting.
