- Output on-resistance (High side : 0.6 Ω; Low side : 0.4Ω ; total : 1.0 Ω ; Ta=25°C, IO=1.5A).
- Micro-step mode can be set to Full-step, Half-step, Half-step (full torque), or Quarter-step.
- Built-in thermal shutdown circuit
- No control power supply required
