MSRD620CTR: 200 V, 6.0 A Reverse Polarity Power Rectifier
The Reverse Polarity Power Rectifier features epitaxial construction with glass passivation. It is ideally suited for low voltage, high frequency switching power supplies, free wheeling diodes and polarity protection diodes.
