MUR1620CTR: Power Rectifier, Ultra-Fast Recovery, Common Anode, 16 A, 200 V

The Ultrafast Rectifier is designed for use in negative switching power supplies, inverters and as free wheeling diodes. Also, when used in conjunction with common cathode dual Ultrafast Rectifiers, this device makes a single phase full-wave bridge.
