NCP3122:Dual 2.0 A Non-Synchronous PWM Buck Regulator (200-2200 kHz)
The NCP3122 is a dual non-synchronous Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) buck regulator designed for low voltage applications requiring high efficiency. This device is capable of producing an output voltage as low as 0.8 V. The NCP3122 provides dual 2.0 A switching regulators with an adjustable 200 kHz - 2200 kHz switching frequency. Switching frequency is set by an external resistor. The NCP3122 also incorporates an auto-tracking and sequencing feature. Protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limit and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The NCP3122 comes in a 32-pin QFN package. Also available in higher current version NCP3123 dual 3A and lower frequency version NCP3120 (dual 2A) and NCP3121 (dual 3A).
