NCP582:150 mA Low Noise, Low Dropout Linear Voltage Regulator with Enable

The NCP582 low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator is designed for portable battery powered applications which require precise output voltage accuracy, low supply current and high ripple rejection. These devices feature an enable function and are offered in active low and active high with auto discharge.

  • Fold Back Protection Circuit
  • Low Temperature Drift Coefficient on the Output Voltage of100 ppm/°C
