The APX812 is a 4-terminal microprocessor supervisor IC with active high reset output and monitors the supply voltage to microprocessors. The APX812 asserts a reset signal to the microprocessor when the manual reset pin (MR) is brought low, whenever the supply voltage falls below its threshold level and at initial power-up. The reset is asserted for at least 240 ms after the MR pin is brought high or the supply voltage rises above the threshold voltage. A number of thresholds are available supporting the supervision of 2.5V, 3.0V, 3.3V and 5V supplies.
