SDA-7000 GaAs Distributed Amplifier Die
RFMD’s SDA-7000 is a directly coupled (DC) GaAs microwave monolithic integrated circuit (MMIC) driver amplifier die designed for use as a Mach Zehnder Modulated (MZM) laser driver employing single-ended (SE) architectures with VP (V-pi) ranging from 4 V to 8 V, driver for 4 x 28 Gbps parallel combined 100 Gbps optical networks, broadband automated test equipment (ATE), instrumentation, military, and aerospace applications.
